Horrible 2 year contract with them. My contract finished on the 8th December 2024 and I am still trying to talk to someone to explain the bill which I believe it is wrong.
Had the same problem with the electricity and only managed to sort it in February. From over £500 it turned out to be just over £100.
Trying to sort out the gas now. Just keep receiving emails and texts with depth collectors.
I keep sending messages and spend ages waiting listening to music with the hope someone will pick up.
