How was I so stupid to not read the reviews before joining.
EDF are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with - four months in and I’ve not even been billed, their App is all over the place. Besides poor Jade (their only employee) who responds and does her best in an awful mess - you just can’t get help.
How is it still operating?? Surely it’s on its way out, simply for being so incompetent.
I want out - but can’t until they bill me, take my money and clear things. I JUST WANT OUT! 🙁
