EDF are truly, truey awful - i've been locked out of my online account for over a year, because they can't reset an email address for some unknown reason... despite their staff having accidentally deleted it .
The automated phone system also cuts out frequently, plus sends you in circles even when trying to complete simple tasks - like paying a bill.
Im counting down the days to be in a position to close my account next month.
Avoid them like the plague..
