I've booked a meter reader change appointment and the engineer didn't come, neither did he gave me a call! and it happened ...4 times!!! I've made the booking for 4 times and all 4 were just a waste of time. When I asked the consultant to connect me with someone more senior/a manager, I was promised that I would receive a call, but it never happened as well. That's outrageous.
