To be honest, I am tired of this company. They just bill with no direction. I asked for a smart meter when I changed address February and they came to fix one early March, only to be told that was not a smart meter because I complained of the billing. I find it hard to understand why their bill was over 30 pounds higher that what I have on the meter. No consistent billing.. no particular billing date.. I want to change and escalate this! I should not be reading on the meter if you are going to give another outrageous price
