I’ve never known such appalling service . The company is in complete chaos. We’ve been waiting since October 24 for someone to come and change our meter to three phase . We’ve been let down numerous times with no way of contacting anyone to ask for help . There’s no one to complain to , no senior management to contact , no repercussions for them , the whole thing is frustrating, upsetting and is indicative of the state of the country right now.
