Recently my existing tariff was ending and I needed to find a new EV dual tariff - after much research I found that staying with EDF was actually the cheapest option and I would get a £50 cashback I decided to change to the new tariff. The customer services staff could not have been more helpful or friendly absolutely lovely service - Thank you.
