Appalling customer service.
I have sent a ridiculous amount of emails regarding issues and still waiting response.
They don’t answer or acknowledge emails in general and I need to keep chasing up.
To wait over a week for a response and receive nothing then chase yet again!!!
Extremely vulnerable customers and the total lack of care or consideration for them is totally unacceptable.
Priority service told they have no information to send out even though they stated they would.
Billing has been incorrect since March this year and still not rectified - beyond belief!!
No idea where we are with the billing!
Unacceptable attitude from certain customer service staff members.
Bonus credit not paid out due to total incompetence which I am repeatedly chasing, this was supposed to be rectified but still not.
Total disgrace from such a company.
Frustrating is an understatement.
