A few weeks ago I had a new gas meter fitted. Today my boiler wasn’t working. The engineer came he said there was no gas supply to the house and the new gas meter is broken. I am now left with no hot water or anything. I have tried all day to contact EDF but they don’t answer the phone. I held on for 30 minutes and then was cut off. I am a pensioner and I am totally stressed out by this
