Star Rating:⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) Review Title:Unethical, Incompetent, and Aggressive - A 15-Month Nightmare** Review Body: I am writing this review to warn other businesses and homeowners about the shocking conduct of EDF Energy. For the last 15 months, I have been trapped in a dispute with EDF over an unsubstantiated bill for over £36,000 for my business premises. Their incompetence is breathtaking: they cannot provide a billing history, they ignore accurate meter readings, and they have pursued me with aggressive debt collection tactics for a sum they cannot prove I owe. The situation reached a new low on August 22, 2025, when EDF Energy obtained a judge's warrant without my knowledge and forcibly installed a smart meter. This was done in direct breach of an agreement they had with the Energy Ombudsman to hold the account while the dispute was investigated. It is an utterly shameful and underhanded tactic. Despite the Ombudsman's involvement (Case: EG138702-24), EDF's failures and delays have been constant. They have shown a complete disregard for due process, regulatory standards, and basic customer decency. I have been willing to pay a fair and calculated amount of £8,545.35, based on actual usage, but EDF's unprofessionalism has made this impossible. They have caused immense distress and wasted an incredible amount of my time. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before choosing a supplier that operates with such arrogance and incompetence
