Unhelpful staffs, overcharging, smart meter reading completely a joke.
If you don’t receive your bills for several months and suddenly they send you backdate bills for the past 8 months overcharging you c. £2000- this is EDF.
Avoid as much as possible, don’t trust on good reviews, it is not my case at least.
