I bought jeans that unfortunately were a small cut. For some reason, the tag came off while I was fitting the jeans, I showed the tag to Kribashnee who was assisting with the return on email. I haven't heard from her since then, all I wanted was a swap out for the size that fits..Worst service ever!!
