After buying a few diamond pads (filling in where we needed) on Amazon, I recieved a call seeing if they could help us in any way. I gave them specs of what we needed and and what we use their pads for. They were quick to respond and extremely helpful. We promptly set up an acoount with them and have nothing but good to say since. We have a good idea how fast we burn through consumables and relayed that info. Sure enough, our rep called when we were getting low. I happened to be out of town and told him to call back in a few days. The call came and in (kudos on the follow up) and we had another order delivered within a day or so. Electroplated pads are NOT cheap but their pricing beat everyone else and they always inform us of fluctuations in pricing and help us out with our bulk orders.
