I received the item in a couple of days and it did what I needed it to do, drilled a 9 inch thick concrete floor for a new shower drain.
Once I finished the work I saw I cut through a half inch rebar in the process and never even felt it. The tool is still good for more jobs, too bad that's all I needed it for.
