Ordered from the Denton TX location, for a local delivery. It was for a 90th birthday. Their tracking system said it was delivered, but when I checked with the recipient 2 days later - nothing. Called the office, and they said oh, recipient wasn't home...so should we try again? I thought that was a good idea!
No initiative, no apology. But they did charge up-front obviously.
