Still didn’t get my refund after 3 months for an item that hasn’t been delivered, courier just didn’t care to drop by the address provided instead thicked it as we were not home. Customer service not replying only after 2 months, and saying that they have internal issues with refunds. They force me to ise legal advice. Will never buy from them again and I’m couraging others to avoid them
