“Still didn’t get my refund after 3 months for an item that hasn’t been delivered, courier just didn’t care to drop by the address provided instead thicked it as we were not home. Customer service not replying only after 2 months, and saying that they have internal issues with refunds. They force me to ise legal advice. Will never buy from them again and I’m couraging others to avoid them”

But when it comes to customer service and using the warranty, then they show their real face, how much they care about customers. The after sales service is as bad as the product description translation on their web page. If the courier service of their choice destroy your device, they absolutely don't care. - Customer support line - not available during office hours; Lack of message to inform clients;
- Inadequate response by customer service by email - no apologise for the inconvenience; No solution provided; No professional response - wording and style inappropriate;
- Parcel finally arrived at destination - package opened and good wearing used marks - most probably displayed at show room or in a shop; Such information was not provided during order.
Summary: First and last time to order from this shop. Enough of good quality eShops offering same good at a similar price.”
“Two weeks ago I ordered a processor and two hard disks from Bulgaria. I received 2 packages, on the one indicating that there was the processor and on the other the 2 hard disks. Once I paid for my package and went home to check the products, I found out the processor was missing, there were only the 2 hard disks. Once I contacted them, they told me that they will find the processor and send it back to me. By this time they didn't gave back my money, neither the missing processor, the price of which is 250 €. I contacted also my country delivery firm, then they checked out the weight of the order and they realised that they didn't get the missing processor, which means that the delivery company of their country either stole it or they lost it. Extreme Digital send images from theur CCTV where they make package of the processor. But it's their obligation for which delivery firm they will work with, which makes them automatically responsible for the products loss.”
