Two weeks ago I ordered a processor and two hard disks from Bulgaria. I received 2 packages, on the one indicating that there was the processor and on the other the 2 hard disks. Once I paid for my package and went home to check the products, I found out the processor was missing, there were only the 2 hard disks. Once I contacted them, they told me that they will find the processor and send it back to me. By this time they didn't gave back my money, neither the missing processor, the price of which is 250 €. I contacted also my country delivery firm, then they checked out the weight of the order and they realised that they didn't get the missing processor, which means that the delivery company of their country either stole it or they lost it. Extreme Digital send images from theur CCTV where they make package of the processor. But it's their obligation for which delivery firm they will work with, which makes them automatically responsible for the products loss.
