The staff are generally very helpful and customer focused, from the airport out to car hire. As a frequent traveller, I enjoy the lounge, for convenience to eat on the move. The wifi is clunky though - it might be better to have automatic recognition for frequent travellers and free wifi unlimited. My biggest gripe is that I need to go through the slow lane at security as fast track don't recognise my aer Lingus loyalty membership - that's a real pain for someone who contributes weekly to a Edinburgh airport. For me it's all
about time as I travel a lot.
