Their customer service is extremely unprofessional and can be rude. Their website states they have a return policy yet they continued to ignore my request to return an item. When they replied they refused to send a courier to pick up the item and even had the audacity to say it is my fault for choosing the wrong product. I was going to return the product and buy another one (that costs more than the product I bought, by the way) but I will never order from them again because of their awful customer service.
