Three days after I ordered zero information about my order. Worst thing they already took the payment and acted nothing.”

When they replied they refused to send a courier to pick up the item and even had the audacity to say it is my fault for choosing the wrong product. I was going to return the product and buy another one (that costs more than the product I bought, by the way) but I will never order from them again because of their awful customer service.”
“The worst quality ever, I bought CRONY Electric Scooter M365 for my son , as soon as he tried it , there is no stability and the handle bent made him fell injured his face , arms and legs, at the hospital the doctor advised no sports or school because of the fractures and injuries. I decided to return it , their manager is so rude he didn’t reply for three days and then he refused to return it. Poor products, management and customer service. It’s a very bad company and not safe products don’t waste your money.”
