Customer service was okay. Someone is always there to answer your questions live. The only issue I had was if you were to click out of the browser (on a mobil phone) it would automatically start a new chat with a completely different person and you would have to re-explain your question/issue. Not sure if it’s true about them being based out of Ukraine or not, but most people are definitely not from the states. Saw a lot of grammar issues as if from a slight language barrier. As far as writers go you never know who you are going to get and what their “experience” is. I thought who I was hiring was actually a professor (which is just a cover name) and behind it is someone completely different. The first person I ever hired was extremely rude and just wanted to get paid and not listen to instructions. As if she was just some high school kid trying to get money. She offered me a “cheaper price” on the side and said she would get terminated if I let anyone know. So right off the bat I wondered how sketchy of a website this was. Thankfully they don’t charge you until you are happy with your paper so I got a new writer assigned (after a lot of hassle to ask for it). I might try using again if I end up in an emergency situation like I was this time.
