The service was good but my shipment was delayed by 1 day. When I called and told them about it, they informed me that it was due to UPS delivery issue and they shipped my order on time as promised. I feel they should be able to do something about it but they said that while in transit, they don't have any control over the shipment. I got the package now and so I am happy. Overall experience was fine.
