I was furious to know that my order will not be delivered the very next day eventhough I paid $29.95 for the next day shipping. When I called the customer service, they informed me about the production time and offered a refund for the shipping charge and take the standard shipping. I was happy that I didn't even have to ask for a Supervisor or Manager.
