The quality of this ring far outshines those of my local and chain jewelry stores. The design is exactly the style I was looking for and I did not find a better price anywhere else, retail stores or online stores. They were very patient with me while I finalized the details in my mind. When the ring was finished, they were not satisfied with it and so they reworked it until it was perfect. It took 2 days longer than expected but at least, I received a PERFECT ring. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and I did not mind the delay at all!
