As a new business customer i would recommend NOT to join EE, they have caused serious mental stress in their poor processes and customer support. It took ages to get my account transferred to a business account and then they did not setup my Direct Debit as per the forms i completed. Then months later I am due to have a telephone interview and my phone is not connecting, it turns out i was cut off as no payment was made again due to the failure of EE. I had to contact EE several times and write complaints and the matter was poorly dealt with adding to my anxiety and stress. Their simple answer to a Customer of 18 years is sorry we can send you a PUK code.
