It was such an excruciating experience beyond words could describe. I spent a whole day (no exaggeration) trying to order this black Friday deal, but i was kept redirecting to choose your delivery option and couldn't get to check out. I tried clearing cache, i tried using IE instead of Chrome, i tried restarting my computer several times, I tried to chat to someone, but the chat function for joining EE was closed, tried chat function for customer service it was constantly busy, i tried calling someone at EE but everyone is too busy, it took me at least half an hour before i was able to talk to someone. When i finally was able to talk to someone, they couldn't resolve my problems. The EE team finished at 9pm, i still tried to order online hoping less people online may make the online order work but no!!! I was also told by them that the deal is going to end soon and hence my rush but i have told and reassured again and again that it won't, but obviously it did. So clearly they are not listening. So i finally gave up at 10pm. Don't waste your time.
