Long list of issues. Poor phone signal. Long waits to speak to EE. Passed around with everyone telling a different story. Allowed my daughter to upgrade and add her boyfriend without my permission. She only wanted her own contract and that's how they did if you her! Trying sort that mess is a nightmare
