7 months for fibre broadband to be installed. 3 appointments booked with no engineer turning up. Endless waiting on the phone. Promised call backs by a manager that don't happen. Even confirmed a date with me by text and e mail that was different to the one they gave the engineer.
The only company I know that makes brexit seem well organised.
