Hemel Hempstead EE branch run by a guy called Dylan are a waste of shop space
I asked for help with a faulty sim, Dylan said he would talk to us without sight of a passport or driving license to verify identity. Apparently nothing else would do !, strange how EE customer service on the phone can do it without those documents.
Total jobsworth, appalling advert for EE, rude and unhelpful, avoid this shop
