EE connected a creepy man into my phone line for 9 months (possibly longer, they don't have the decency to answer this question). I found out when his adult son phoned trying to scare me, demanding an altercation at my front door at midnight. EE blamed Open Reach for this. I declined their offer of £50 compensation for the violation of privacy, including medical consultations. EE falsely sell lines as private and secure. How sure are you this isn't happening to you right now! This nut job started telling my family he was my boyfriend and was taking messages for me. Don't stay with EE until you end up with a stalker!
