Very unhelpful and used a don't care attitude .EE has completely messed up my package by allocating incorrect packages to 3 lines. I'm recovering from a serious ailment and didn't expect this kind of response from yourselves namely Derek.
Having given you my business for well over 24 years and in process increasing my lines and tariff then only to told you were unable to rectify YOUR error and trying to fob me off. WOW!!! what a disappointment. Await your 72 hours response in haste
