Been with EE for a while no and have to say the reliability and customer service is great.
I've been with Virgin, Vodafone and Talktalk. These have been horrendous with unreliable service.If yo have an issue with them, it takes for ever to answer and when you get through its to a call centre in India with someone you barley understand.
In contrast, EE have customer services in this country and you Get through fairly quickly. Do yourself a favour, if you're looking for a new provider I'd recommend EE
