I have left messages on Twitter and had no response. My account is saying that I have not paid my Bill of £41.15 This was paid on 20th September by Standing Order. I do not want late payment charges as the error is your end. Left messages for David A.on twitter as requested. Let's see if you now sort out my account. What a surprise my account has still not been updated. Still saying I owe you £41.15 and I paid you on 20th September 2021. This is why I would never recommend your company. Disgusting Customer Service. You have had a screenshot of my bank account showing my payment to you on the 20th September and now I've received a message telling me I'm in arrears. Your Customer complaints department are useless as well. You can clear my Account and offer me a credit as compensation. I will continue to write bad reviews about your Company. Every month there is a problem with my account.
