Like many others here, I am absolutely disgusted by the misleading way they do business, and their non existent customer service.
And they outright lie saying they'd help people with financial difficulties. They're putting my price up around 10% after just 2 months being with them, it's a joke. If I want to leave I have to pay over £800, it's sickening. Literally the worst phone provider I've ever been with.
