Not fit for purpose internet service provider - avoid it like a plague!
I have signed up to Fibre Plus Broadband with EE. Its upload speed is ridiculously slow which has been stopping me using sharing screen functions in Teams and Zoom. This is not fit for purpose as a fibre broadband provider.
Despite lengthy discussion with customer service, EE is not willing not waive getting out of contract penalty, I am now taking the issue to ombudsman.
