Was assured transferring my old number to EE would be simple. I had no problem getting my BT PAC code but went downhill from there. Have spent hours trying - eventually succeeded with one phone. Other phone just gets message saying ‘technical issues - try again later.’
This has been happening over 5 days. When I can speak to someone I will cancel contract. Awful company.
