Avoid this company.
They text to say you can have a "free early upgrade." Then try to make you pay £50 for the privilege.
Last contract was £20 for a "free" upgrade reduced to £10 when I queried it.
The contract before that I got a "free" tablet, that was an extra £8 a month I didn't realise I was paying.
I won't be renewing with ee this year and I'll cancel my direct debit at the end of my contract, simply cos I don't trust them.
