Went abroad, took all the packages for international minutes etc.
But instead they just fleeced me like never before, unbelievably over £1000 pounds over a period of 3 months.
Customer services is bad enough being in the UK let alone abroad.
Came back and complained to resolve the matter, and were about as useless as a chocolate tea pot. Having been with them for over 12 years, i had no other option but to leave. Then they offered a retention packaged which was pathetically noncompetitive, not that i was going to take it either way.
Avoid them like the Omicron Variant.
