My son managed to to build up a bill of nearly £500 for third party charges despite there being a spend cap on the account. Apparently it was the wrong type of spend cap for the type of charges. Because I didn’t ask what was included with the spend cap it’s my fault. I know have to take my case to the ombudsman. EE are a joke, go with a proper provider like Vodafone or O2.
