Received a couple of bills totalling close to £500. These were for third party charges above and beyond my allowance. This particular line was being used by my son, so I was very aware that I needed to prevent ANY charges outside of the allowance. Unfortunately EE failed to apply the blocks as I requested and coincidentally the call recording of my requests failed to record. We are now at deadlock and I am disgusted by the way my complaint has been handled. Approach EE with caution they do appear to care more about profit than their customers
