I was a loyal customer for 20 years started with T-Mobile and it became EE.
As I got older my eye sight isn’t as it used to be so I needed a bigger phone.
Vodafone approached me before EE and offered me iPhone 14 max.
I spoke to EE and they refused to match it.
EE is a greedy company that doesn’t care about your loyalty but only care about profits.
If you think loyalty should be rewarded then stay away from EE.
