Been with this company for over 10 years and I was happy with my current sim only plan but after being told the 3g network will no longer be in use. I have been told I would have to update my SIM only plan to 4g/5g. They can not offer me anything close to what I was originally paying so have decided to leave. This is awful as they should be looking after their long term customer. I am more than disspaointed with the service. Terrible company. ZERO stars if I could.
