This is the most appalling service imaginable. The quality of both the technical service and customer service for EE continues to go down. It's more difficult than ever to access data giving and my service - speed and data access are slowed down, even when I've not used 30% of the maximum data. I will never, under any circumstances by a phone from EE again.
There is no justification whatsoever for the ever decreasing quality of both technical and customer service that this company called EE is providing.
Certainly not the cost EE are charging. Same, Shame and Shame.
