Absolutely appalling customer service. I've been trying to leave EE after 2 years as my contract ended on the 4th of February. Due to miscommunication and conflicting information from their customer service advisors I am now partly being charged for February as well, even though I am already with another provider. I will definitely stay well clear of EE if I ever need to change phone provider in the future.
