One of the worse company!!!! EE left me on holiday in Italy without Roaming. I am paying for roaming every month but Richard Watson who I spoke today was absolutely don’t care, i send a complaint letter in writing and they even didn’t say sorry, they told me we investigate and apparently it was no EE fault that i had no roaming. Richard also emailed me that i rejected offer that they will refund mr £25? I NEVER SAID IN OUR CONVERSATION THAT I AM REJECTING THIS! I want £25 refund as you EE promised or i will take a legal advice!!!!!!!!!!
