Run away!, Run away!, Run away!. To all potential customers run away. There is no perfect carrier, but unless you want to experience the amount of lack of care that I did from your carrier, followed by mistake after mistake, after mistake that you have to pay for, run away.
I have 2 phone numbers on EE. They have decent value data packages. I wanted to update one of them to get a phone. The sales team sent me the wrong colour phone. After I had to pay to send the phone back, they put the number that was not upgraded on a data only plan (like a tablet), leaving me unable to receive or make calls. Luckily I was close to the end of my billing cycle otherwise I would have been stuck in that situation unable to make or receive calls for the rest of the month. I complained and was promised a £10 credit on my next bill. Not only did I not receive it, but I was charged £30 extra for plan change that I did not request or benefit (the data plan). Also when I made the upgrade I was told that the total invoice will be £56 each month. Turns out it's £56 just for the number I upgraded.
