This firm robbed our account of £1000+ , we went into the shop and to.d them to close my wife’s account, and open a new one on my bank account
The assistant assured us the old account was closed when we left the shop ,
For 15 year we have had paper bills , but the account he was supposed to have closed was online so we noticed the money coming out over 4 years
They deliberately conned us ,
