I'm fed up of reading this company's claims of being the best network. After years of overpaying for very poor service I decided to go with a different service provider.
Not only did EE fail to send me a final statement, they put a spurious claim for a further payment to a debt collection agency - despicable! Eventually that 'debt' was bought by a company who, on being phoned, realised that it should never have come to that, and it was cancelled.
