Can only advise people to stay away! A previously acknowledged “Technical Error” has now become my responsibility! I have been erroneously charged over £500. I queried the payment but apparently because I did not identify the error myself, I am responsible. With a few exceptions, staff are lazy, disinterested and patronising! Perhaps partly because blatantly, there is a horrible lack of training and a low recruitment requirement threshold!?
